We leverage on leading vendor’s tools to help customers to assess the environmental impact of their current printing system and to propose a new system that can help conserving the environment. HP Carbon Footprint Calculator for printing enables customers to estimate printer energy, paper usage, consolidation of devices, applying energy saving technologies, the carbon impact of usage and the estimated monetary costs. Customers can use this tool to evaluate current printing fleet and to do a comparison among different brands. Moreover our trade-in programs assist customers to better printing efficiency and reduce unnecessary wastage. The trade-in old printers that are collected will be returned to the service department for inspection. For the usable printers, they will be refurbished, and donated to charities. Otherwise, it will be returned to responsible vendors like HP for their recycling program of which the old printers are disposed in an environmental friendly way instead of ending up in landfill.
