With large team of professional engineers in iPrint and HP, we provide customized print system maintenance service to customers. The service supporting model can be selected from next business day on site to guarantee 4-hour turnaround. In order to minimize system down that affect business operation, we also provide loan device for the system than cannot fixed in 2 days, or stand-by devices for mission critical print systems.
Within the maintenance service period, we will conduct quarterly print device health check and clean up services to customer’s site to ensure the operation is smooth. Moreover, we can help customers to troubleshoot printing problems via phone support hotline
