Smart Print Service (SPS)
The Smart Print Services (SPS) is a contractual arrangement that includes imaging and printing products & solutions, consumables, maintenance support and professional services. The imaging and printing products & solutions can be purchased, leased or rented at a fixed monthly fee within a flexible contractual period ranges from 12 to 60 months. The cost structure is totally transparent based on usage-based payment model – “pay what you print”.

How it works
SPS starts with an assessment of the customer’s current printing environment. An on-site inspection and health check is done by our technical engineer to understand the current print environment with an assessment of what challenges the customer is facing. We will then prepare a proposal on financial and procurement services with special trade-in or trade-up offers. With client’s consent, we will proceed with execution plan on transition and implementation services. Also, according to the customer’s print requirements, different print policies and management tools will be implementation. Within the contract period, we will provide comprehensive print environment support services, from printer driver to print server, from personal printer to enterprise MFP, from bug fix to compatibility support. In order to minimize the system downtime and help desk call rate, a quarterly preventive maintenance support service will be provided. This can ensure the printing devices are always in the best condition. Upon successful implementation, we would proactively propose to customers for further optimization by other value-added services like desktop publishing, DMS and security printing.
